MORNING FLOW

Energize your body, renew your spirit and relax your mind with this morning flow. This 60 minute class will link your breath to your movement as you are guided through a variety of asanas aimed to increase your strength and flexibility. Mixed level class. Beginners welcome.

ABOUT

Ali’s early days as a gymnast - created her love for the mind and body connection, the reason why, wherever life takes her she is always drawn back to her mat and yoga. 


After many years of dabbling in yoga Ali decided she wanted to share the practice with others. In 2017 she completed a Vinyasa focused 200YTT in Spain under the guidance of Vidya Heisel and most recently in January 2019 she completed an additional alignment based 200YTT with Rebecca Marshall through Haven School of Yoga in Abbotsford. 


Her sequences allow exploration of subtle anatomy and energetic layers through a fluid flow; balancing powerful softness and supported gentleness.


She believes part of her life’s purpose is to help reduce emotional stress through mindful yoga teaching.
